Riverine Petal reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions for charters, with appropriate notice and options for refund or rescheduling.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the terms specified at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Taxes and applicable fees will be added where required by law.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of our platform. For fishing charters and related activities, participants acknowledge inherent risks and agree to release Riverine Petal from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during participation, except where prohibited by law. Safety instructions and guidelines provided by our guides must be strictly followed.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Riverine Petal and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of our service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
